There is no charge for genealogical requests except for certified documents.
Current charges for certified documents is $15 for first document and $6 each subsequent document per request.
Researchers should send a self addressed stamped envelope with any request.
Town offices are also required by the state to verify that you are a registered genealogical
researcher based on State registration. So you will need to prove that you have registered with the State

The Woolwich Historical Society publishes a newsletter,
Woolwich Times, four times a year.
Included in the newsletter is a 'Roots Requested' column
for genealogical queries.
- Museum Schedule:
- Located on Rt 1 at Nequasset Rd,
The Museum is open during July and August during specified hours, and can be opened off season for tours.
Cost to visit is $3 per adult, $2.50 for seniors, students, and AAA members, and $1 for children under 12.
Children under 6 are free, as are members of the Historical Society.
